A homemade breakfast is brought out on a tray at your selected time between 8:20-9:30 a.m. every day. A Keurig with coffee/tea/hot ciders is always available 24-7. Fresh made coffee and juice is served in our lobby area during breakfast.
Check-in 2:00 & later: Personal check-in provided from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ONLY After 3:00 p.m. remote check is provided. Check-in information will be sent via text to the number listed on your reservation. If you prefer, check-in instructions can be sent through email. Send us a message at [email protected].
Check-out 11:00 a.m. It is important to have time to clean the rooms for our next guests so we kindly ask that this time be observed. Guests who check out past 11:00 a.m. without prearrangement are subject to a $50 service charge per hour, rounded up to the next hour.
We are a small operation and any cancellations affect our business greatly. Rates are based upon double occupancy. When reserving a room a 50% deposit is required. We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, and MasterCard).
8 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund less a $38 processing fee.
5-7 days prior to arrival: 50% refund (deposit not returned).
3-4 days prior to arrival: No refund unless we are able to re-book the room. If so, 50% refund.
0-2 days prior to arrival: No refund.
Luggage storage is available if you need to drop it off prior to check-in time.
The Inn is a no smoking facility. Candles with flames are prohibited.
Entire Inn Rental and Cancellation policy:
25% deposit required at time of reservation with a signed rental contract, additional 25% due 90 days in advance. If the reservation is made within 90 days of the arrival date a 50% deposit is required. Final payment plus tax due 42 days prior to rental.
Cancellation for full Inn rental:
3 months (90 days) or more prior to arrival: Full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee.
43-89 days: 75% refund, down payment of 25% is forfeited.
0-42 days of arrival: No refund. Innkeeper discretion, if rooms can be re-booked partial refund may be offered.
Any damage to the property, whether on purpose or accidental, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
